  • The C-ROCK HD series tilting-type wok is suitable for large kitchens. Available in 100L and 150L capacities. The interior of the heating layer of the C-ROCK HD series tilting-type wok is made of aluminum material, which is coated with stainless steel for rapid heating and rapid temperature recovery. The maximum temperature of the heating surface is up to 250°C.

    The C-ROCK HD series tilting-type wok is equipped with an ascending control panel to avoid collisions and splashes. The depth of the C-ROCK HD series tilting-type wok is 273 mm, allowing 2-4 GN containers to be accommodated. The C-ROCK HD series 100L has a heating zone and the C-ROCK series 150L has two individually controlled heating zones.

    The C-ROCK HD series tilting-type wok is made of AISI 304 and AISI 430 overall. The uniform surface and rounded corners make cleaning easier. Equipped with an insulated balance cap and height adjustable supporting foot.

    C-ROCK HD series tilting-type wok is equipped with a built-in water tap. Optional shower head (with flexible bellows) mounted on the left column.
