    High-efficiency open type burners, allowing the power of the gas stoves more excellent and cooking faster.

    The power of the burners are 1.6 kW to 6 kW and 2.5 kW to 10 kW, respectively.

    Chefs can choose power according to their specific needs.

    There is a great distance between the gas stove burners, allowing you to use large pots.

    The burner bracket also allows you to use pots as small as 10 cm in diameter.

    The burners are completely sealed at the top of the unit and all burners are IPX5 rated.

    The oven has a high efficiency, inside which the bottom surface is made of cast iron to ensure consistent cooking results.
     

    Technical details

    The upper part of the device is equipped with a spill tank with a depth of 6.5 cm.

    There is a low energy-consuming ignition flame in the main burner.

    Each burner is equipped with a cast iron grate and an AISI 304 stainless steel burner is optional.

    Each device has a space at the rear to facilitate technical installation and overhaul.

    The size of the lower oven is GN2/1.

    The upper operating panel allows you to use more conveniently.

    The combustion chamber is made of stainless steel and the removable wheel tracks ensure hygiene and easy cleaning.

    The inner door and the stainless steel panel in the front of the oven have a labyrinth seal to ensure maximum cooking efficiency.

    The door supporting surface is integrally connected to the floor of the oven.

    Temperature control: Electric oven temperature control range from 110 to 280 °C, gas oven temperature control range from 100 to 300 °C.
