    Gas hot plate ovens are ideal for indirect cooking.

    The hot plate ovens are available in a variety of models and can be adapted to different needs, including gas, electric and multi-functional versions (with two additional burners).

    The gas version allows you to use different temperatures at the same time, cooking different food temperatures ranging from a central temperature of 500°C to an outer temperature of 200°C.

    The cast iron hot plate has a thickness of about 3cm and rounded circumference. The large surface area ensures high yields and allows the chef to freely arrange different types of pots for cooking at the same time.

    The Electric hot plate oven has separate cooking areas that can be used for different cooking. Each area is controlled by a separate temperature control to ensure that a uniform result can be obtained regardless of whether your food is in the middle or on the edge.

    The electric hot plate is also rounded, and made of steel 16M06. The surface is chrome plated, and the top is equipped with a spill tank to collect the surrounding oil and a water outlet.

    The overall seamless countertop make it easier for the chef to operate and make cleaning easier.

    Gas hot plate oven versions with gas ovens are available. Electric hot plate stoves can be combined with GN2/1 electric ovens.

    Hot plates and burner grilles that have been subjected to anti-fouling treatment are actually safer to operate.

    Heated by a cast iron burner in the center of the hot plate, the power of the hot plate is 11kW, and the power of the multifunctional part is 7kW.

    Piezoelectric ignition buttons have waterproof protection.

    A safety cock with a thermocouple can continuously regulate power.

    The size of the cooking area of the gas hot plate oven: 78*70cm.

    The size of the cooking area of the multifunctional area: 38.5*70cm.

    Electric hot plate oven

    2 or 4 separate cooking areas, each of which has a power of 4kW and a size of 35*35cm.

    There is an 8mm gap between the edge of the hot plate oven and the top of the tabletop for easy cleaning.
